Back In San Francisco
Well, after 1,490 or so miles on the road, six shows from San Francisco to Santa Cruz, San Luis Obispo, Los Angeles and San Diego, and tons of absolutely outstanding surf along the way, I’m back home in San Francisco. It was a great run and I can’t wait to get back out on the road. Soon enough, I’ll be heading back to Los Angeles for an industry showcase that BMI is putting on at Genghis Cohen on Monday, February 1st, but in the mean time, I’m hard at work planning the next outing.
Thanks to all of my friends who offered up their homes to me during my travels and to those who made each one of my performances so special by bringing out friends and family in support of music. Thanks, too, to all of the great venues, talent buyers, and sound engineers who made each stop easy, fun, and hassle free. Last but not least, thanks to the Pacific Ocean for absolutely turning it on for my entire trip. Every day offered up even better surf than the one before, but it’s nice to be back in some cold, big stuff back home.
Stay dry, California, and I’ll see you soon!
